Hi,
I am looking for a stator rotor rect setup to make a very slim alt. GN 250 / 400 has a stator 102mm in dia which may work. I would like the cost of the three parts please other stators arround that size off other machines may also work for me. I need 30 + amps I am guessing that these are 18 pole and should exceed amps required.

I have the perfect engine for you. I have a 2006 GN250 engine with a genuine 7000km on the clock. The bare engine is available minus the stator coils and rotor and the gear indicator sensor (yours will bolt straight on). The later engines will bolt straight into your earlier frame and are compatable with all earlier wiring and electrics. I have a GSX250 Invader in stock and think the LH side fairings are in good order. Front upper fairing is damaged, but cant recall if its repairable. These fairings are now quite hard to come by and are not available new from Suzuki any longer. Hi, I’m repairing a stolen/recovered 2004 gsx250. At this point I am looking for a brake lever and an ignition setup. May also be after front forks depending on engineers opinion. Am open minded as to using other parts and making them fit if need be, but would not say no to something that bolts on. Any help greatly appreciated.

sorry but all LH sidecovers have sold. Curerentkly I onoly have a single RH cover with one tab missing. If your sidecovers have a lug missing, these can generally be replaced by a plastic welder. Certainly worth asking. Cheers Simon

Hi Brad. I should be able to help with some of those. I have a clutch lever assembly from an early GN250 which will be identical to the later models. Will need to check its in good order, but if it is your looking at $35 for the complete assembly including lever. I should also have an indicator unit in tidy order at $40. hi simon do you have quad mikuni carbs along with inlet rubbers off a gsx400 that will fit an 87 impulse engine, i brought the engine off you a few years back and have never been able to get it running right (going to have one last shot at it) im presuming its electrics/carburetor, and have been told i cant buy parts for the original asian twin throat carbs, hence the reason im sourcing the mikuni type, plus i need the electrics, im sure mine are fine just need to eliminate the problem. or if you have some asian twin throat carbs with airbox that you are positive a running good i mite be keen on those

I dont know if any other fairing kits would be suitable for your GSX250 Invader. I do know that the bodywork for this model in no longer available from Suzuki and fairing parts are getting hard to come by. Repairing your factory fairing would be the best option in my opinion. Cheers Simon

Sorry no speedo in stock but I do have a main loom. It looks to be in good tidy order with all plugs in tact. There is the odd bit of extra wiring where the previous owner must have had heated drips etc wired in, but overall looks tidy. The loom is available at $100. Hi Ryan,
the CDI pick up coils are linked to the stator on this model so it comes as a single assembly. I can supply a stator/CDI pickup coil assembly at $180 plus postage and have one left in stock. These appear to be a common problem on the Invader as these parts tend to sell quickly.

Hi Blair. I have a set of carbs labelled as being from an 81-82 GSX750 and these should be the same type used on your 1980 model. I will need to check them out as they have been in storage for some years but as long as they look to be in good tidy order, you are looking at $140/set plus $8.50 postage. Hi Scott. Sorry I cant help with those . This is a very common problem with this model (along with the CDI pickups and CDI), and I have several bikes here that have had those parts removed before anything else. I doubt very much if the RGV parts would fit, and you may need to get the stator rewound if its the stator coils that are the problem. Suzuki havent made parts for the GSX250 Invader for many years as I think it was a Japanese home market model originally. Cheers.

Hi Simon any chance you have full set of carbs for 1990 gsx600fzf thats the red fairing beauty, repairer broke one of the internal sliders and have stuck something in from another clise model, but this seems to cause fuel flow issues and it is running on 3 cylinders until it loosens up also a red seat and left side fairing where suzuki is written… also damaged during repair

Sorry cant help with that one. I think you will find the 1100 model tank will also fit. The tanks look much the same from 1998 through to the water cooled models in 93, so the tanks from models in those years may also fit.

I have a GSX750F in stock that’s a similar year. I had a look at the forks today, and while they will need new oil seals, the chrome on the lower part of the stanchions looks good and has no pitting. The bike will need to be dismantled before the forks are available, but they will be $250/pair plus shipping. I may have an indicator, but need to know if its LH front or rear and I have one mirror but cant recall what side. Sorry cant help with those. The clutch perch and lever are the same as those used on many Suzuki models including the GN250 if that helps, but a CDI will be harder to find.

I have a 1987 suzuki gsxr 250 , I beleive my oltinator has gone as by bike is draining the battery even when riding and will cut out a d battery be flat after a short ride , do you have in stock the parts I could possibly need to fix the oltinator or a complete part?

Hi Ryan. Your problem could be the stator (alternator) or the rectifier (regulates voltage). I suggest you find how how to test these with a multimeter before making any decisions on what parts you need. Hi iam after parts of the rg250 the particular part I want is the same for all model yrs , its called plate pillion hook…part number is 45325-16700.. it’s a metal plate bracket that’s bolted to the rear seat fairing .. and then the rear passenger seat hooks underneath it to hold In place. Its item 10 on the parts picture for rear seat ….

Hi Paul, sorry I cant help with that one. There’s a good chance the bike is one I used to own. I sold the Pulse coils to a customer and then sold the complete bike to another person who was going to use it to make one good bike from two. Since then its changed hands many times and I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve been asked for pulse coils!

I’m after a few cosmetic components for a 2002 SuzukiGSX-R600. Do you have a fairly decent bike that you are possibly wrecking? I have a bike I am restoring and pretty much all fairings, headlight, gearlever, front brake reservoir, seats, indicators, head cowling for speedo to mount to, mirrors, all lights, tail panels, possibly fuel tank and I’m sure there are some parts I’m missing.
